Easy Quicky Chili
2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons chili powder
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes in puree
15 oz. can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed.
1 cup water
1/4 cup red hot sauce (Frank’s works best)
2 cups cheddar french fried onions (French’s works best)
Cook meat and chili in large pot until well browned.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients except 1 ½ cups french fried onions.
Bring to boiling, simmer 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Top with remaining onions.
Serve with sour cream and cheese.
