1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 4-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup margarine, or butter
1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup snipped parsley, or finely chopped toasted almonds
Assorted crackers
Bring cheeses and margarine to room temperature.
Beat till combined.
Stir in olives and onion.
Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
To serve;
Shape into a ball.
Roll in parsley, or almonds.
Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
