Gourmet Potato Salad
1 ½ pound red potatoes, quartered
½ pound sugar snap peas
1/3 cup Frenches Gourmayo Sun Dried Tomato Mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup minced red onion
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced dill
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, then drain and cool.
Placed cooled potatoes in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, then toss to thoroughly coat.
Chill.
