Forum Options lets you to set many features of a forum or all forums to function or appear as you want them. By checking or unchecking the boxes to the left you make your choices for the forum you're currently visiting. Checking the box on the right sets the setting as the same for all forums on the system.

The first and second sections of Forum Options in My Controls let you set the time zone and language you want the forum to display in for you. The Time zone settings are system wide and apply to all forums automatically. The language setting you can set for one forum or for all on the system.

Note: Beehive Forum currently comes in British English. If you would like to do a translation for Beehive for another language, please contact Matt at Teh Forum. You'll find Teh Forum on this forum's drop down list in the navigation bar.


The second section of Forum Options allows you to set many of your Display settings for the forum you're currently visiting by checking or unchecking the boxes on the left, or if you also check the box to the right, for all forums on the system. You can even choose if you want social network sharing links on the message board to show, such as for Facebook.

The last section of Forum Options deals with your style settings. You can set these settings for the forum you're currently visiting, or by checking the box to the right, you can set them for all forums.

Beehive offers each user the option to view each forum as they want with individual settings for each forum, or by selecting to set different items the same for all forums by checking the boxes to the right of many options.


Once you have everything set the way you want, click Save and you're done.

Note: If you don't want to set the same forum style view settings for all forum, make sure the boxes to the right are not checked. They are checked be default. If any of them are checked, you'll want to uncheck any settings you don't want applied to all forums.
