Crepes

1 1/2 c milk
1 c flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon cooking oil

In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil, and 1/4 tsp salt.
Beat until well mixed.
Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet.
Remove skillet from heat.
Spoon in 2 Tbsp of the batter, then tilt the pan to evenly spread the batter.
Return to heat and brown on one side only.
Invert pan over some paper towels.
Remove crepe.
Repeat with remaining batter. Greasing the skillet as needed.

I like mine wrapped around fresh, crushed fruit. Like mixed berries.
