6 haddock fillets
butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt and pepper
Hot water to moisten
Dressing
Salt haddock fillets; mix remaining ingredients; spread on fillet. Roll up fillet and secure with toothpicks.
Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite seafood sauce.
