Spinach Goat Cheese Dip

1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.

1 cup sour cream
½ cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped, fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Cover and chill.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
