Cuisinart Ice Cream Recipes

Vanilla

1c milk with ½c maple syrup or sugar.

Blend together.

Add 2c heavy whipping cream, dash of sea salt, tsp vanilla.

Blend again.

Set up Cuisinart.

Pour in mixture.

Run for 15min and check.

Additional items can be added at this point.

Run for a few minutes more.

Be careful not to overwork machine.

Chocolate Ice Cream

1 c whole milk

¾ c cocoa powder, sifted

½ c sugar or maple syrup

1/3 c packed dark brown sugar

Blend

1pinch salt

2c heavy cream

½ Tbsp vanilla extract

Blend again.

Set up Cuisinart.

Pour in mixture.

Run for 15min and check.

Additional items can be added at this point.

Run for a few minutes more.

Be careful not to overwork machine.
