As Magneto predicted, after Xavier's death, human mutant relations began to breakdown. Within a generation, prejudice and persecution of mutants was everywhere. Society split. Mandatory mutant registrations, lock ups, and worse were often the way of things. A generation has passed since Xavier's death, and the question is...Will things get better,..or worse?

When mutant registration was enacted by world governments, many countries set up facilities to be run by a single organization, Sentinel. Their complexes are responsible for tracking registered mutants, locking up renegades, and management of the mutant situation in general. Rumors of experimentation and worse have been whispered for years, but never proven. Still, most mutants do all they can to avoid being captured by Sentinel.

Hidden away from humans exists a mutant underground. This underground is known as Haven Network. The network is comprised of safe houses, meeting places, transports, medical facilities, and more. Without Haven Network, it's likely no mutant would be safe anywhere from Sentinel.

Many mutants have separated themselves from the human world. They live on small islands in vast oceans, high in mountains, in frozen lands, or deep in jungles. They live wherever they think they can escape and find peace. Even, if it's only for a short while.

Unknown to most humans exists a colony of mutants where no human has ever set foot. On the dark side of Earth's moon some of the most unusual and extreme mutants have found a haven beyond the eyes and reach of the hateful and fearful.

The only means of reaching this safe community is with the help of a powerful transporter. If the transporter is not strong enough, they and whoever or whatever they are trying to transport will not make it. Very few are capable of making the trip safely.
